About Elizabeth.
I am a clinical psychologist who provides therapy to adults and teens from a private practice in Lindfield on Sydney's North Shore. My favourite way to work is guided closely by a collaborative exploration and understanding of each person’s individual experience, not only managing symptoms but also exploring and addressing the underlying causes of these symptoms. I am passionate about helping people develop an understanding of themselves (and their strengths) so they can be better equipped to take on life’s challenges, bring about change, and overcome their difficulties.

Therapy Approaches.

I have experience working with a wide range of presentations using evidence-based approaches. My therapeutic approach is grounded in deep compassion, patience, and a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client. I primarily use Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate parenting and family support as needed, through understanding attachment and family dynamics, teaching emotion coaching, and collaborative and proactive solutions (CPS).

My work days are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, I am available for either in-person or telehealth appointments.
